As part of the Heart, Lung, and Blood Summer Research Program, Melanie Nelson joined us this summer to work on an ongoing project on atherosclerosis regression. Recently, our postdoc Alice Chaplin was awarded a scholarship by the NIH to attend The Whole Scientist in Bar Harbor, Maine, organized by The Jackson Laboratory.
